Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Economy and Standard delivery orders usually ship within 24-48 hours after the order is placed; orders require a 1 - 2 business day order processing time. The Economy and Standard delivery times reflect the business days the order spends in actual transit from our fulfillment center to the delivery address - order processing time is not included. Additionally, the order processing time for Economy and Standard delivery orders may be longer during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion.
